Have Donald Trump and his Supporters found a new home, after their banishments?

Fan or hater of Donald Trump? Here’s some juicy story for you. You must already know, that Twitter and other social media platform (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) have banned đŸš« Donald Trump’s accounts. Twitter also removed more than 70,000 accounts affiliated with QAnon following the Capitol breach. Unsurprisingly, he and some of his die hard supporters found themselves a new home, Signal and Telegram !

At its heart, QAnon is a wide-ranging, completely unfounded theory that says that President Trump is waging a secret war against elite Satan-worshipping paedophiles in government, business and the media. QAnon believers have speculated that this fight will lead to a day of reckoning where prominent people such as former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be arrested and executed. – BBC NEWS.

Why is Donald Trump banned from the ‘big’ social media apps in the first place?

Like I wrote earlier, you might already know this. Yet, here’s some interesting facts you might have gotten wrong, or missed out on!

Tech giants accuse outgoing President of the US, Donald Trump of inciting voilence and contributing massively to spread of misinformation – regarding unfounded allegations of voter fraud during the 2020 elections. Only a few days since this permanent ban, and there has already been a 73 percent drop in misinformation related to false claims about election fraud, analytics firm Zignal Labs.

Is that all?

Of course that’s not all! Trump almost found a home in the Parler app, until the social media app’s resources were drained by tech giants. First Amazon web services, then Google and Apple stores. Why? Trump’s supporters allegedly used social media apps like Parler to plan the Capitol violence. – ABC news . This time, it wasn’t Trump and his crew that received a ban, it was the app itself, Parler that was punished.

With an almost annihilated online audience/presence (popularly referred to as “deplatformed”), Trump and his supporters have to find a new means to get their messages out – A new Home! Signal and Telegram. We do not expect someone like Donald Trump to be quieted this easily, do we? Hypothetically speaking, he might even be the sort person who would speak with his anus, if his mouth and fingers were destroyed.

Signal and Telegram are encrypted messaging and “free speech” social media apps that are truly open, and impose almost NO content restrictions. These platforms believe in, and offer true freedom of expression. Telegram is already home over a five hundred million users, and is growing like greased lightning. Signal, can be grateful to the deadly violence at the US Capitol and mainstream for its growth; as other social media platforms purge Donald Trump and his prominent followers.

While other prominent social media apps shut their doors to Donald Trump and his very controversial content, the doors of Telegram and Signal have always stayed open, welcoming him and his supporters with warm arms. Their encrypted messaging features could make it harder for police to track suspects. How warm that is, for the TrumpNation.

Freedom of expression is beautiful, it’s valuable and almost priceless. The internet together with social media apps, make it possible for the smallest minority or underdog, to have a voice that can be heard. Nevertheless, the abuse of this freedom of expression, is a really big problem. Internet diseases such as fake news, hate speech and terrorist plots are manifestations of the virus, Freedom of speech.

Donald Trump will keep saying things, whether you want to hear them, or not! Would you join him on Telegram, signal? or would you prefer to make a toast to his banishment? I want to hear all about it, in the comments, at the bottom of this page.
